We are not responsible for lost, held, mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so you are responsible to file the claim with USPS. Once your package leaves our hands, it is completely out of our control.
ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
- Please allow for 2-3 business days for processing at our fulfillment center before your order is shipped. Orders placed after 2 pm Friday PST will start processing the following Monday. Shipping times are calculated after processing and after the item has shipped. Once orders are shipped they cannot be changed. Iris Fitness Online is not responsible for unforeseen delays due to the US Postal Service.
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items once delivered. Once items have been scanned as delivered to the customer's address, it is up to the customer to claim any missing, stolen or damaged items with the appropriate Postal Carrier.
- All domestic orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail. Once processing is complete, shipping time will take 2-4 days depending on the final destination.
- While most domestic shipments deliver within 5 business days from ordering, please allow up to 6 business days for delivery of your item as processing times and shipping times may vary.
- Any packages returned for INCOMPLETE/INCORRECT address will be shipped again at the customers expense.
- All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer, Iris Fitness Online does not collect these prior to shipment. Please contact your country's customs office for respective charges and rates on packages coming outside of your country.
- We are required to state the value of your order directly on the package by the custom authorities. Rarely, custom agents may delay delivery of some packages as it is at their sole discretion to release them.
- Once an order is placed you are responsible for all original shipping charges, applicable custom import fees and the cost of return shipping back to us.
1) I DIDN’T LIKE IT, I WANT TO RETURN IT!
You not satisfied with the product you got? If so, then follow these instructions:
- Request a return by sending an email to: email@example.com, with the subject line: RETURN.
- You must get in contact with us after you receive the product(s) to let us know about your wish to return it. Our team will get in contact with you, authorizing you to send the product back. We should get back to you within 1-3 business days.
- Returns must be returned within 21 days after the date that the package was received. IRIS FITNESS ONLINE will not accept any returns after 21 days. Items may be returned for Store Credit only.
- Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free from any stains such as makeup, deodorant and others) with all IRIS FITNESS ONLINE and product tags attached.
- Swimwear and bodysuits cannot be returned.
- The shipping carrier you use to return merchandise (UPS, FedEx, USPS) is up to you, but we strongly suggest choosing the method in which you got the shipping from IRISFITNESSONLINE.COM. Also, it is recommended that you choose a carrier that provides tracking.
- When returning products that you were not satisfied with, IRIS FITNESS ONLINE is not responsible for lost return packages and shipping fees.
2) DEFECTIVE ITEMS
- Before anything, we apologise for the inconvenience. We will do everything to fix this problem as soon as possible. To request the return, you should follow the same instructions as the item above. Send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line: DEFECTIVE ITEM(S).
- Defective items must be reported within 3 bussines days, if you do not report it we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect merchandise, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. After you have sent the email regarding the return, our team will send all the instructions on how to send the package back to us
